Jen, Anna, Caleb, Doug and Racel on our first night in Washington, after dinner we went to a pier in Tacoma, we saw some starfish and Caleb and Anna loved chasing eachother
Caleb and Anna on the first ride of the day at Remlinger Farms, an Indian inspired canoe ride, complete with Duck decoys, which Caleb insisted on catching and keeping them in the boat.
The miniature train that went around part of the park, Caleb, who is obsessed with trains was so excited by the steam, the whistle and just about everything, until we had to get off...The poor kid did not understand the concept of going for a ride getting off and going on a different ride, he had a meltdown everytime there was a change of rides.
Posing in a flower, one of many faceless artwork stands in the park
On the miniature ferris wheel, both kids did great even stopping at the top to let other kids on at the bottom you can see them exchanging screams of excitement and laughter. This was the first ride that parents couldn't go on or be right next to them the whole time, but I guess it made me more nervous than them.
Jumping off the straw bales into a giant straw pit, he had a great time running through the maze of stacked straw bales, but that was a little difficult to get photos of
One of probably 5 times that Caleb went on this rollercoaster, by the last time he started putting his hands in the air when we went down hills
Family photo on the old fashioned car ride...lookout Caleb is at the wheel
The four cousins, Anna the goat, John the sheep, Caleb the horse and Rachel the cow
Auntie Jen, helping Caleb feed a goat
Caleb and Anna running laps and racing around the tennis court at John and Jen's house
Racing tricycles down the fairly steep sidewalk around the culdesac, Caleb actually wiped out on this race, and started putting his feet down a little to slow himself down afterwards
Doug going off the rope swing into the Lewis River, with John and Anna watching below
How do you get two high energy toddlers to stay out of your way while setting up camp and making dinner? Portable DVD players and cartoons are amazing things
Rachel and "John Baby" as Caleb calls him, on the bank of the river

A photo like this is near impossible to get, here is the best one of all four cousins just before parting ways
